As regular readers doubtlessly know, the 2018 midterm elections presented Americans with a new phenomenon in the form of the congressional "Squad": several avowedly anti-Israel (and often Islamist-allied) first-term U.S. Representatives. Now, as the smoke from #Election2020 begins to dissipate, it seems that (spoiler alert) The Squad's congressional anti-Zionist cabal is about to get a little bigger.

The United Kingdom’s opposition Labour Party on Thursday suspended former leader Jeremy Corbyn after a damning report on antisemitism during his leadership. Corbyn, who headed the party between 2015 and 2020, was responsible for rampant antisemitism in the party, a report by the country's top human rights watchdog, Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC), found.

The Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany commissioned a recent survey, which found a shocking number of young people in the state of New York believe Jews caused the Holocaust. It is absolutely stunning that so many people could be so grossly misinformed about one of the most horrific and significant events of the 20th century.

Late August's surge of riots and protests in Kenosha, Wisconsin, after the police shooting of Jacob Blake, has stirred much political debate. ViacomCBS dropped Nick Cannon after he tried to spread anti-Semitic conspiracies on his podcast. The company said it "troubled" them because he "failed to acknowledge or apologize" for his actions. However, Cannon told Fast Company that he "can’t wait to sit down with" rabbis who contacted him about his remarks. He wants them to educate him and have an open dialogue about the topic. Cancelling him ends the chance to educate not just Cannon, but his large audience.

Against the backdrop of a rising tide of anti-Semitic incidents across the country and the failure of many mainstream Jewish organizations to condemn anti-Semitism emanating from the left, communities of color, or Islamists, I've joined a group of Jewish-American millennials in founding a brand-new non-profit organization called HaShevet. It is my honor to serve on HaShevet's founding board of directors with a cadre of brilliant, ambitious, and passionate Jewish leaders.

We all know Pink Floyd musician Roger Waters hates Jews and Israel. He doesn't hide his anti-Semitism. Now he is spreadling the falsehood that Israel taught U.S. police the tactic used on George Floyd. We have covered extensively this blood libel being spread by anti-Israel groups, including our recent Investigation: Anti-Israel Activists Falsely Blame Israel for George Floyd’s Death, Stoke Anti-Jewish Violence. Some senior U.S. police travel to Israel for anti-terrorism training, but not day-to-day policing, almost all of which is done at hundreds of police academies in the U.S.
