Joe Biden said on video this morning that he had picked a running mate.
When asked, as a follow up, who it was, Biden joked to the reporter “you,” then pedaled away.

That created immediate media and social media buzz.
BUT WAIT, another clean up in aisle Biden was required, with the campaign press secretary denying that a VP pick had been made.
Folks, this is clearly a joke. When Vice President Biden has made a decision on who his running mate will be, he will let the American people know. And can confirm, it’s not @pdoocy of @FoxNews

It is going to be Rice or Whitmer. If the DNC wants to campaign on foreign policy (which is probably not a good idea), the pick is Rice. If they want their campaign to be about COVID 24/7 (probably the smartest idea for winning), they will pick Whitmer. My bet is Whitmer.
