Substitute any other race or identity group and this would be denounced as hate.

    The College Fix reports:

Rutgers to host ‘Recognizing and Dismantling White Organizational Culture’ event

Rutgers University’s Newark campus is scheduled to host a nearly five-hour event called “Recognizing and Dismantling White Organizational Culture,” according to the school’s website.

The June 25 seminar, sponsored by the school’s Institute for Ethical Leadership, will be led by Bonnie Cushing, an “Antiracist Organizer and Educator” from the New York-based Center for Racial Justice in Education.

Attendees will learn to understand “white United States-ian culture” and its beliefs and values, according to the university’s website. They will also be taught to recognize “characteristics of white United States-ian culture in organizations” and “learn antidotes to dismantling white organizational culture.”

In an e-mailed statement to The College Fix, Rutgers Business School Executive Director of Communications & Marketing Daniel Stoll said the program is part of a workshop series the Institute for Ethical Leadership holds annually for executives of community non-profit groups.

“It is not intended for students,” Stoll said.

Disgusting! Rutgers looks like it’s following Oberlin and Antioch down the path to irrelevance.

Another so-called institution of higher education becomes a no-go zone for decent people. If you don’t want your kids to learn bigotry, don’t send them to Rutgers. Or Harvard. Or Stanford or … never mind. There are too many to list.

Groups like “Center for Racial Justice in Education” seem to be popping up all over. From where do they obtain their funding?

It is common for us to mock the SJWs and their worthless college degrees in XYZ/BLT studies but they end up working for organizations like this and doing all they can to tear this country down.

I’d hazard a guess that Rutgers is paying them to conduct this seminar via their “Institute for Ethical Leadership” and that they get a lot of their money that way. With so many colleges and businesses having departments devoted to Diversity, there seems to be a lucrative market for “Antiracist Organizers and Educators” to come run these sessions.

This has already been done in Detroit, Chicago, Los Angeles, St. Louis, East St. Louis and several other Black-run and Dem dominated cities. Strong evidence that things seem to run smoother with a few old-school whites around.
