New Palestinian Authority PM: Trump Peace Plan will be “Born Dead”
Palestinian leaders once again demonstrate that they are not interested in peace.

The newly appointed Palestinian Authority (PA) Prime Minister Mohammed Shtayyeh said in an interview with the Associated Press earlier this week that the much-anticipated United States peace plan to be presented in the coming months will be “born dead.”
Why does the new PA Prime Minister hope for our plan to be “born dead” & for peace to fail? By working with us, perhaps something wonderful can happen for Palestinians. We’ve repeatedly said this won’t just be an economic plan. https://t.co/OB0Cq8eZ47

Shtayyeh told the AP, “There are no partners in Palestine for Trump. There are no Arab partners for Trump and there are no European partners for Trump.”
The AP noted that the Palestinians have prioritized paying Palestinian terrorists out of its “martyr’s fund” over other budget priorities. For example, now that the United States and Israel have imposed punitive measures on the PA for its refusal to negotiate and its continued financial incentives to terrorists, “the Palestinian Authority has begun paying only half salaries to tens of thousands of civil servants, reduced services and increased borrowing.”
Yet Shtayyeh demands that any peace process end in Palestinian statehood.
The PA prime minister insisted that the Trump administration’s actions towards Israel, especially the recognition of Jerusalem, have made it impossible for there to be peace. He also said that Europe would never accept a plan that didn’t conform to “key” Palestinian demands.
“Where are we going to have the Palestinian state?” Shtayyeh asked. “We are not looking for an entity. We are looking for a sovereign state.”
To understand the reasons behind the PAL rejection of the plan see the paper they issued expressing their commitment to keep inciting & paying salaries to terrorists. Mr. Greenblatt, they don't care so much about wellbeing as Shtayeyeh explains. Read https://t.co/pTzpopmhd8

(In his final speech before the Knesset, the late Israeli Prime Minister Yitzchak Rabin described peace with a Palestinian “entity,” that would be “less than a state, and which will independently run the lives of the Palestinians under its authority.”)
Shtayyeh’s interview appeared at the same time that Palestinian Media Watch published an interview with PA negotiator Saeb Erekat, who admitted that former PA Prime Minister Mahmoud Abbas turned down an offer from former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert that amounted to more than 100% of the West Bank.
PLO chief negotiator Saeb Erekat who was present at the negotiations between Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and Abbas in 2008, recently told PA TV how generous Olmert’s offer was on all final status issues. In fact, Olmert literally accepted all of the PA’s publicly expressed demands, and even offered Abbas more than the full area of the West Bank and Gaza, and yet Abbas still rejected the offer.
In addition, according to Erekat, Olmert even offered Abbas a division of Jerusalem that would have given the Palestinians control over the holy sites in the city.
Abbas still said no.
This recent account seems to contradict a previous interview given by Erekat. In 2009, in an interview with Al Jazeera, Erekat indicated that Abbas rejected the 2008 offer because it didn’t include all of the territory in the West Bank.
Regardless of the extent of the offer from Olmert, it was at least a vast majority of what the Palestinians were demanding and Abbas still said no.
For Shtayyeh to protest about the unseen Trump peace plan because it may not offer statehood is hypocritical. His boss (and before him Yasser Arafat) have turned down deals that would have resulted in statehood. The Palestinians have never demonstrated an interest in making peace — they didn’t even negotiate in good faith when President Obama was in office.
This is just one more excuse.

Why rely on inference?
Shouldn’t the Palesrinian be assked to state that tehy want peace?
In other words they should state that they DON”T WANT ZTO BE ENEMIES OF ISRAEL; and EVEN IF, any number of Arab civilians get killed by Israel THEY STILL WILL NOT WANT TO BE ENEMIES OF ISRAEL!
This is a requirement, because terrorists will try to make sure it does or Israel is accused of it.
Also I think necessary before any negotistions can begin are:
1) The Arab League has to pass a unanimous resolution giving their blessing to ANY peace agreement the Palestinian Authority consents to, or maybe reserving one or two very specifric non-obstacle things, while kicking out of the Arab League any country that votes against it.
2) There must be someone with power and authority to sign on to an agreement.
And this would help also:
3) Passage of a United Nations Security Council Resolution praising Israel, and only Israel, by name, for keeping some agreement.
I suggest one about the Temple Mount.
People make the mistake of thinking that the “leadership” of the Palestinian Authority actually care about an “nation” called Palestine. All they care about it the money that they stuff into their own pockets.
If an Nation of Palestine was actually set up, the flow of foreign cash would dry up. The leadership would be dependent upon Palestinian resources to fund the Palestine. As Palestine produces nothing of value, is not sitting upon any significant mineral wealth, nor have any strategic value, it would be broke in a month. This would also mean that all the money, which finds its way into the pockets of the Palestinian leadership, would disappear.
There is NO incentive for the Palestinian leadership to accept any peace plan. Nor do they really want Israel destroyed. Israel’s existence is a money maker for the Palestinian leadership.
Can we just collectively ignore this group and hit them back harder when they start stinging like mosquitoes?
Born dead? These people even talk like local, state, and Congressional Democrats who want nothing born alive.
“Palestinian leaders once again demonstrate that they are not interested in peace.”
The fact that we (US and Israel) are willing to negotiate at all with them convinces them that they have the upper hand. In any case, since we are Christians and Jews that means we are the worst of creatures (S98:6), We are supposed to be dhimmis; subjugated people, essentially slaves of the ummah. They’ll settle for nothing less than bragging rights that they defeated us by force of arms.
Surah 47:35
“So do not weaken and call for peace while you are superior; and Allah is with you and will never deprive you of [the reward of] your deeds.”
There’s only one solution to this. Go full-throttle Old Testament, or Tanakh if you prefer, utterly destroy them. Then there will be peace.
It’s now a secular mortal sin to criticize Islam in this country. And by criticize I mean understand Islam and tell the truth about it. To switch cultures and invoke Sun Tzu, if you understand yourself and your enemy you will never be defeated in a thousand battles. Unfortunately even though we have the enemy’s entire playbook it’s now practically a crime to talk about it. So now we’re down to fifty-fifty. Plus I’m not even sure we know ourselves anymore. So we’ve basically knee-capped ourselves.
As a former Naval Intelligence officer I can’t for the life of me understand how we have intentionally and willfully become this stupid, and we have every intention of becoming more stupid. What a stupid time to be alive. We have the enemy’s playbook and not only can’t we use it it’s a thought crime to even talk about it.
