Appointing Ben Rhodes to Holocaust Memorial Council is massive Obama middle finger of triumph
Rhodes engineered the public communications deception in support of the Iran nuke deal
Obama is ending his presidency not only with a flurry of commutations, but also with appointments to various commissions and governmental entities.
One of those entities is the United States Holocaust Memorial Council, to which Obama just appointed Ben Rhodes. The Jerusalem Post reports:
With only three days left in office, US President Barack Obama announced several key administration posts on Wednesday, including the placement of Benjamin Rhodes, one of his top foreign policy advisers, on the United States Holocaust Memorial Council.
The council is comprised of 55 members appointed by the president. Its primary task is to fund-raise for the nation’s Holocaust Museum and its various projects….
Rhodes, 40, is Jewish. He has worked with Obama since 2007.
Who is Ben Rhodes?
He’s the Obama communications operative who admitted to deceiving the American public and manipulating the media in support of the Iran Nuclear Deal. (He also ran the Benghazi disinformation campaign.)

Part of Rhodes deception was to create the media narrative, and a media echo chamber, pushing the claim that negotiations were a byproduct of the rise of a moderate faction in Iran. It was a lie meant to suggest that the Iranians were moving away from their genocidal desire to destroy Israel and thus an agreement which legitimized and legalized Iran’s nuclear program was not a worry.

In fact, we know that the nuke deal puts Iran on a certain path to be in a position to produce and deliver a nuclear weapon down the road, and that’s assuming Iran honors the deal. And that supposed rising moderate Iranian government is nowhere to be found. Flush with cash and renewed international business connections, the Mullahs are as violent as ever and increasingly throwing their military weight around in the region.
For Obama to appoint the man who deceived us into putting 6 million Israeli Jews in danger on the Holocaust Memorial Council is a big FU by Obama to critics of the Iran nuke deal.

The Rhodes’ appointment is a final triumphant move which anyone paying attention understands.

A. When is the general public and world finally realize that Obama is an incompetent bungler who has a mean streak a mile wide and fueled by his extreme hatred for America and Israel?

Should students ever again ask how people like Hugo Chavez, Hitler, Mussolini, and other similar people came to power by public vote, all that will need to be done is to point out the Obama debacle.
Answers:
A. It will happen one person at a time, as they slowly realize that leftist ideology is a complete fraud that has devolved into nothing but a cult of personality. (much like happened under Stalin)
Some entire areas are lost to this and may have to collapse completely (Venezuela, California) before this can be publicly recognized in those areas. I advise any honest person to get out of areas like that as quickly as possible, no matter the cost. Bad Things are coming to you.
B. 2 words: Leftist Ideology.
p.s. To preempt an obvious complaint, Hitler was a left wing socialist! The pretense that Hitler was somehow on “the right” was a gross fiction created during WW2 by western socialists and their sympathizers to try and explain why they were fighting him.
In truth, about the only real difference between Stalin and Hitler was that one wanted to rule the world from Berlin, the other wanted to do the same from Moscow.
One man was a Nationalist and the other man was an Internationalist, this is the major distinguishing difference. Any other detectable difference was at best trivial.
Nationalist/internationalist is irrelevant. There is no significant difference between Nazis, Communists and Muslims.
Ben Rhodes is like Michael Medved. Typical liberal Jew POS posing as conservatives. Neither of them would make a freckle on any Israeli’s ass.
This quisling can be removed. A little wrangling, but it’s very doable:

I looked through the bylaws and can’t see anything about anyone being able to remove a member. The only way off the council seems to be by resignation.
