    We blog, you decide

This awkward little gem from Ted Cruz’s Vice Presidential announcement is bouncing its merry way around the internet. It’s like a train wreck — you want to look away, but you can’t:

Clearly, this is an illuminati hand signal of some sort. Or they’re in a gang. Or maybe they’re both accustomed to being the head honcho and neither is used to conceding in the dominance game? Also likely is that it took an entire 6 second to figure out how to grab hands.

    But what do I know?

    We blog, you decide.

And here I thought Ted Cruz was the grass roots candidate.
I can hear that refrain over and over again..”and we are running a grass roots campaign”. Sure you are Ted, sure you are…

Um, yes, it is a grassroots campaign. Did you bother reading the article you linked? It’s about what some rich Cruz supporters are doing with their own money, which they specifically did not donate to the campaign, but kept under their own control. This is money that by law must be kept completely separate from the campaign. They have to decide on their own if, when, where, and how to spend it, with no direction from the campaign. So what’s the story? That they’re obeying the law?! How is that news?

If the clip hadn’t been edited to make it look a lot worse, I might think it was something.

    But…then again, probably not.

Zooming in on a 6 second handshake may be awkward for bloggers but not as awkward as the awkwardness of having posted a stupid post about a6 second handshake being followed-up with a post on The Closing of the American Mind.

Fantastic book by Allan Bloom, too bad it will be primarily ignored because too many are focused on 6 seconds of a handshake.

These days in America, Adults seem to be the minority of minorities. No wonder Trump and Clinton are leading the polling game.
