I just got to thinking, any Internet tax bill that originates in the senate would be unconstitutional as all revenue generating bills must originate in the house:

    reference: https://legalinsurrection.com/2013/05/senate-hacks-free-market-with-bipartisan-support/

““All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills.”
    Article I, Section 7, Clause 1”

Well Prof-J, almost two years now, me living outside the US. But steady on reading the blog here. All I can really say, Korea is looking better all the time. Am wondering if there are any other expats in this community. I enjoy reading everyone’s take, just wondering if anyone is interested on what it looks like from the outside.

Sad isn’t it? It is now illegal for a citizen to not have insurance – face criminal penalty for not obeying the law. On the other side, if you are illegal immigrant, not to worry – uncle Sam has your back.

Just waiting for the big O to take action against all us non tax paying, tax credit taking expats.

Term limits: One in office and one in prison.

    It would be a start.
