    #Gosnell never gets better

    #Gosnell never gets better

News today, AP via Ed Morrissey, Nurse saw more than 10 babies breathing:

A former abortion clinic worker has capped the murder trial of her former boss with testimony that she saw more than 10 babies breathe before they were killed.

Kareema Cross is the final prosecution witness against Dr. Kermit Gosnell. She says she saw the babies’ chests move but was told by Gosnell they were not breathing.

She also says she saw three babies move their arms and legs and heard a fourth give a soft whine.

Cross says she was so upset by clinic procedures that she took photos and called authorities.

Jonah Goldberg, Kermit Gosnell and Abortion’s Darkest Side :

If abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell is found guilty of homicide, he will be unique among murderers-for-hire: He set his fees based on weight. “The bigger the baby, the more he charged,” a grand jury explained. It recommended he be charged with eight counts of murder — one patient, seven babies….

The really profound question here: What is the moral difference between killing a living baby that is outside the mother for a few seconds and killing one that’s still inside? It’s no wonder the media would rather talk about themselves.

Bye-Bye NY Times, was nice to know ya while it lasted:

The standard for establishing death is cessation of brain function. In the interest of equal protection, the standard for establishing life should be the emergence of brain function. Any action which results in the premature termination of that function without cause or due process is an act of premeditated murder, and the actors are murderers as principles or accessories. Perhaps this is why pro-abortion/choice men and women are hesitant to accept responsibility for their choice.

Where are the anti-war protestors? More men and women die from elective abortions than military campaigns.

Where are the “think of the children” people? The principal cause of childhood mortality by several orders of magnitude is elective abortion.

Another reason that the pro-abortion/choice men and women are hesitant to accept responsibility for their choice. Their support for elective abortion undermines any and all claims to a superior moral position. They are in the same unenviable position as environmentalists who adhere to an “out-of-sight and out-of-mind” philosophy. It’s time for the pro-abortion/choice men and women to accept responsibility for the consequences of their choice.

That said, it is impossible to prevent all acts of involuntary exploitation, including murder, but that does not suggest we should normalize the associated dysfunctional behaviors.

I wonder if Obama is concerned about the unchecked proliferation of unregistered scalpels and vacuums.

Obviously abortion is not safe for the unborn under any condition. And, it is practiced and promoted by the same bunch of wretched, unholy murderers and cowards that would bomb a marathon and kill our ambassador and shoot innocent children.

Obama Administration Covering Up Abortion Data *Updated*
    http://www.redstate.com/erick/2011/02/03/obama-administration-covering-up-abortion-data/
Congresswoman Vicky Hartzler (MO-4) has provided RedState with the following statement:

“This is the epitome of hypocrisy being exhibited by the Obama Administration as it hides facts and figures on abortion while claiming to want more transparency in government. This is a pattern that has become all too common with the Obama Administration, ranging from its distortion of the facts on taxpayer funding of abortions under ObamaCare to manipulated information to support repeal of the military’s Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell policy. It is time for the Obama White House to put a stop to its disregard for openness in government and to end its practice of distorting data for blatantly political purposes.”

Anyone recall how the major media outlets dispatched reporters to Alaska to stand in line and wait for boxes of Sarah Palin’s emails to be released?

    An EX-Governor.

No actual scandal; just the thin hope that there MIGHT be something in the emails that would make her look dumb.

    In FRIGGIN’ ALASKA!

But a mass-murderer in Philly? Meh.
