Someone probably not concerned about the 10-round magazine limit (7 in NY)

    From The Providence Journal:

“IPlead ThePiff” posed on his Facebook page with marijuana, money, a delivery guarantee — and guns.

“I don’t talk,” he wrote on one photo. “I let my guns sing and if a … gotta problem. wit it tell em my revolver said it.”

A commenter warned him: “Stop putting them picks up. Thats how I got raided.”

But IPlead ThePiff — a 19-year-old gang member named Darren Main Jr. — didn’t listen.

Providence narcotics officers saw the Facebook page and accepted IPlead’s 24-hour delivery invitation. This month, Main sold drugs to an undercover detective and talked about buying a gun, the police said.

On Monday, police raided Main’s residence at 670 Manton Ave. and seized marijuana and two guns. Main was charged and held without bail.

And no limit is going to stop him from using his six-shooter. He’s the problem.

I just wanted to note the irony of someone calling himself “IPleadThePiff” going out of his way to publicly incriminate himself (even after a warning from an associate).

And the great thing is that he will now get the “Big Boy” punishment since he’s 19 y.o.!

I arrested an 18 y.o. once who was caught red-handed committing a burglary. He had just turned 18. Of course, in the juvi system he was always treated with kid gloves. I will never forget the look on his face when I told him that, since he had just turned 18, he was looking at 5 years behind bars. All the blood in his face went to his toes!

Our gangbanger buddy hopefully will have the same experience.

I think you are all missing the point. This young man is obviously not looking to actually use any of these items – he just wants to display them to make a point, as part of his reporting on the issue of gun violence and drug crime. I’m sure that he checked with his producers before he posted this, and they told him that they had checked with someone who had checked with someone, and there would be no problems in using these props to make his point……
