Now they’re going after Ali Akbar, who is one of the leaders of the National Bloggers Club helping to defend Aaron Walker and others.

    As reported by Stacy McCain:

Monday afternoon I was off the grid when Ali Akbar called to tell me that “Breitbart Unmasked” had published a photo and the address of his mother’s home in Texas in a viciously mendacious attack on the National Bloggers Club.

    Twitchy has Akbar’s tweet:

It also looks like they’re trying to intimidate David Hogberg at IBD.

Meanwhile, Patterico has more on how Kimberlin managed to get Walker arrested on false premises.

    From NiceDeb….

On a positive note, the lawfare case of Rashad Richey vs Andre Walker in Georgia was dismissed, yesterday — a victory for free speech!

Georgia Democratic Party Staffer Voluntarily Dismisses Lawsuit Against Blogger:

A few moments ago, my attorney, John Sparks, sent word that the libel lawsuit filed by Georgia Democratic Party political director Rashad Richey against this site was voluntarily dismissed by the Plaintiff.

    Rashad Richey Lawsuit Dismissal

A huge load off of Andre’s chest, I’m sure. Not that Richey ever had a case – it was the legal hassles and fees associated with having to defend himself in court against a frivolous law suit that was at issue.

This probably means that the Georgia Unfiltered Legal Defense Fund will become a legal offense fund as Walker seeks attorney’s fees from Richey.

WE CALLED JOHN BOEHNER’S OFFICE: THEY DO NOT HAVE A CLUE ABOUT WHAT IS GOING ON WITH BLOGGER INTIMIDATION! NOT A THING.

THEY HAVE NEVER HEARD OF ROBERT STACY MCCAIN — NOR OF LEGAL INSURRECTION.COM.

CALL THEM, AS WE DID, TO INFORM THEM: Phone: (202) 225-0600

    2nd Ammendment Mother | June 5, 2012 at 3:24 pm

    A couple of suggestions:
Texas is a generally chivalrous state – Momma is a proper noun down here. People trying to target little old ladies for violence or even general mischief don’t go over well. Living in Texas, Ali’s mother has several personal security advantages that others have not had – including a strong Castle Law in addition to Conceal Carry laws.

If I were in Ali’s shoes and based on Kimberlin’s history, I would make an in person appointment with the local police chief and the Sheriff and explain the situation. Include the documentation for what has been occurring, especially to Patrick Frey, McCain, Arron Walker and Erick Ericson.
Next, I would contact the Texas AG’s Office, Greg Abbott has no tolerance for these kind of games. We also have the resources of the Texas Rangers and the Texas Department of Public Safety. In all meetings, provide a complete set of documentation and a written summary of the threat that is precise and avoids emotional language.

There is also the option of going to the Dallas media – people who threaten someone’s mother are public enemy number one. Ali is welcome to privately message me via Dr Jacobson – I have great contacts in the Dallas Market that will take the time to present a very good story.

Eventually, Kimberlin is gonna screw with the wrong person.

I don’t advocate violence. I just know that there are violent people who act out.

“2nd Ammendment Mother” gets it. I hope Ali uses the resources she’s offering to both send Kimberlin back to prision and indict his handlers.
