Muslim Brotherhood candidate elected President of Egypt

Muslim Brotherhood candidate elected President of Egypt

Results just announced.  51.73% to 48.27.

You can watch Al-Jazeera English live stream.  You also can follow the #Egypt hastag on Twitter.

Now we’ll find out if they still plan on marching on Jerusalem.

Remember, when the protests against Mubarak broke out in January 2011, the Muslim Brotherhood said it would not run a presidential candidate in order to dupe Western useful idiots like The NY Times and the Obama administration into believing the revolution was heading someplace other than Islamist control.

We saw this coming back then, but the mainstream media fell in love again, and covered up what really was going on.

The story is not over, but it is written.

    Prior related posts:

UpdateAlert — there is a video uploaded to YouTube which has been embedded at many blogs which purports to be President-elect Mohamed Morsi leading a large crowd chanting about marching on Jerusalem.  While I can’t be postive, that looks like Cleric Yusuf al-Qaradawi (referred to in some of my posts linked above) not Morsi.  Memri says it’s cleric Safwat Higazi at a Morsi campaign rally.  This doesn’t change the nature of the Muslim Brotherhood, but it’s important to be accurate.

    Note To Egypt:

    1. Israel has nuclear weapons.

    2. Attempts to invade Israel by any single Middle East state, given the proximity of so many other anti-Israel states and likely allies to invaders, make defeating an invasion an existential matter for Israel.

    3. If a nuclear armed country wouldn’t use nukes to prevent its own total destruction, when do you suppose it would?

    4. Whether by conventional means or nuclear, you will very likely achieve half your agenda: martyrdom.

“4. Whether by conventional means or nuclear, you will very likely achieve half your agenda: martyrdom.”

Yeah, and as the joke goes,

“When Osama bin Laden died, George Washington met him at the Pearly Gates. He slapped him across the face and yelled, “How dare you try to destroy the Nation I helped conceive!!”

Patrick Henry approached, punched him in the nose and shouted, “You wanted to end our liberties but you failed.”

James Madison followed, kicked him in the groin and said, “This is why I allowed our government to provide for the common defense!”

Thomas Jefferson was next, beat Osama with a long cane and snarled, “It was evil men like you who inspired me to write the Declaration of Independence.”

The beatings and thrashings continued as George Mason, James Monroe and 66 other early Americans unleashed their anger on the radical, Islamist leader.

As Osama lay bleeding and in pain, an Angel appeared. Osama wept and Said, “This is not what you promised me.”

The Angel replied, “I told you there would be 72 VIRGINIANS waiting for you in Heaven. What did you think I said? You really need to listen when someone is trying to tell you something!”

Not noted here is that Vladimir is in Israel today .

Hillary is not . She is of bill Clintons anti Israel ideology .

This has slipped away from US influence . I wonder if netanyahu even thinks US is an ally. Rusia is nowhere near the strengt of America but they have a million Russians in Israel .

Netanyu thinks theyare a better bet than America to defend them . Hence he looks much happier with Putin than Obama.

Netanyahu cannot wait on the pleasure of the american electorate. He has to arrange his cards now.
