When a Rush tweet flapped its wings

When a Rush tweet flapped its wings

When Rush Limbaugh sent his now famous “first tweet,” Twitter went wild.  It was as if a tweet had flapped its wings in South America causing chaos in the political system.

There were many postive reactions.  Surprisingly, there were no negative reactions which crossed any lines, at least none sent to me.

But there were a number of unintentionally funny hostile reactions:

So Rush Limbaugh’s very first Tweet referenced one of your posts.

You should be insufferable by now. Wonder how Mrs. Legal Insurrection is holding up. 🙂

    (That’s a joke, btw. I’m a long-time fan.)

You have to remember, Beej, that in the Good Professor’s milieu, a nod from Rush is a black mark. A very black mark indeed.

It’d be worth a whole post just to hear his colleagues’ reactions!
