Blago has arrived at court (2.25 Eastern)

Another time change, now saying verdict at 2 p.m. Central.  Crowds gathering outside courthouse.

One local journalist is claiming guilty on 18 counts, or is that a prediction?

Some indication verdict may come even before 1 p.m. Central.  Perhaps having trouble keeping the result quiet?

Verdict apparently will be read between 1-2 p.m. Chicago time.

I happened to look up the definition of ‘sucker’ as in one that is gullible or easily duped. I never realized that the 1833 Oxford English Dictionary has one definition of sucker being an Illinoisan. Yes, seriously! As an Illinoisan, I am proud for never voting for him. Cook County rules out all 101 other counties unfortunately.
